Wojtekfilms refers to the legendary bear found in Iran by Polish soldiers during World War II. He was enlisted in the Polish II Corps and took part in the liberation of Italy. The figure of Wojtek perfectly embodies the spirit of our production company, which—through documentaries based on original research and unique archival material—develops films primarily focused on historical and artistic subjects, which connect Poland to the rest of the world.
We collaborate with institutions, companies, broadcasters, universities, and research centers.
Our work focuses mainly on topics related to ART, HISTORY, and CULTURE, uncovering new stories and themes and reinterpreting them in an original and compelling way.
